The distinctive features of Officine Panerai”s Luminor base, which remains today a unique, highly original watch, include: the large, minimal dial, easy to read even in the dark or underwater; the lever crown protection device (trademark protected) which shields the winding crown making it water-resistant; and a highly reliable movement, developed by Panerai in accordance with the dictates of Swiss watchmaking tradition.
